1. Find a book on your shelves or e-reader with a blue cover. What made you want to pick up this book?
The Upside of Unrequited by Becky Albertalli. I picked it because it has blue on the cover... probably also because I really want to read it.
2. Think of a book you didn’t expect to enjoy, but did. Why did you read it in the first place?
The Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank. I read it mostly because I wanted to learn a bit more about the WWII and what better way than to read from a 14 years old girl that was actually in hiding during those awful moments?
3. Stand in front of your bookshelf with your eyes closed and pick up a book at random. How did you discover this book?
Looking for Alaska by John Green - I read a few books by this author at the time and I decided to start to buy them all, I also heard great things about this one, so my parents gave it to me on Christmas 2016!

The Book Blogger Test | Book Tag
1. What are your top three book pet hates?
1. I hate when they decide to change the covers in the middle of a book series, like, can you not? I like my books to match!
2. A cover problem again, when Portuguese books decide to change everything about the cover, the main example is Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli, they changed that completely and I hate the Portuguese cover!
3. I don't mind details, but some of them during sex scenes are just cringy and I want to stop reading and have to take a break from the book.
2. describe your perfect reading spot
In a balcony out in the woods with a swing chair! I would so love that!!

Lost in a Book | Book Tag
Do you have a certain place at home for reading?
Normally I like reading in my bed but in the summertime, I love reading outside in the swing chair.
Bookmark or random piece of paper?
Definitely bookmark! Most Portuguese books come with bookmarks whilst my English books have I have none. My mom is definitely the piece of paper reader, and she's also always losing it.
Can you just stop reading or do you have to stop at a chapter?
Unless I'm not enjoying the book I always have to finish the chapter!

The Book Addiction | Book Tag
What is the longest amount of time you can comfortably go without picking up a book?
It depends if I have tons of school work than it can take a month... During vacation maybe 2 days.
How many books do you carry on your person (or kindle) at any one time?
Maybe one physical book and around 6 books on my phone.
Do you keep every book you buy/receive or are you happy to pass them on to make space for more?

No Disclaimers | Book Tag
1). Which trope (or tropes) in books, annoy you the most?
The best friend's to relationship trope, can they just stay friends? At least most books are like that when in real life it's most likely for you to stay in the friend zone (oh hey, I've been there).
I hate the dead parents one, like, can they just be alive and well? Do they have to be dead, or have a traumatizing death at the beginning, or be alive but are alcoholic or drug addicts and don't care about their kids? C'mon.
2). Which writer or writers do you feel are overrated/overhyped?
I head a lot about how people loved Girl Online when it came out, I don't know if it's considered overrated with 3.75 ratings on Goodreads but I'll consider it. I love Zoe as a YouTuber, I watch her vlogs and I love them. But that book was just bad, it has all the cliches I hate, it was put as a Young-Adult book but honestly, I felt like it was for early-teens because it has all the stupid decisions a teen would do.
3). What are your least favorite books you've read since you started blogging?

Reader Problems Book Tag!
1. You have 20,000 books on your TBR. How in the world do you decide what to read next?
I don't even know how to decide with my 30 TBR pile, but I guess I would pick a top 5 or top 10, put their names on pieces of paper, put it in a hat and take one out. The name that I got would be my next read!
2. You’re halfway through a book and you’re just not loving it. Do you quit or are you committed?
Depends, if I spent a lot of money on the book (some are expensive), then I will try, but normally the ones I give up on are E-books, which are cheaper so I don't really mind stopping.
3. The end of the year is coming and you’re so close, but so far away on your Goodreads reading challenge. Do you try to catch up and how?
I would try to catch up by reading short books and graphic novels!

Guilty Reader | Book Tag
So lately I found a lot of book tags that I found very interesting, and I want to implement more tags in my blog so I decided to do this one today, Guilty reader, it was so much fun answering these even though sometimes blogger was stopping and I don't know why, but it's fine.
I hope you enjoy reading this as much as I enjoyed writing it!

Mid-year Book Freak Out | Book Tag | 2018
I came upon this tag on booktube and thought it was very interesting and wanted to do it, so these are my answers.
This tag is about the books you've read through the first half of 2018, the ones you liked, disliked, laughed with, cried, etc.
I love doing tags and haven't done one in a while and thought this would be a fun one to do and also remembering the books I read and what I loved.
Questions:
1. Best book you’ve read so far in 2018.
Oh, complicated question, I've read so many amazing books this year so far that I can't just pick one, so I'm gonna do a top 3 is that ok? I'm sorry.
- Strange the Dreamer by Laini Taylor
- Simon vs the Homo Sapiens Agenda by Becky Albertalli
- Girl in Pieces by Kathleen Glasgow
2. The best sequel you've read so far in 2018.
I didn't read any sequel yet, ups, I started series and trilogies but no sequel yet.
3. New release you haven't read yet, but want to.
Again, so many! But I think I'll choose:
- A Thousand Perfect Notes by CG Drews.

Finally Fall Book Tag!
Yes, 2 tags in a row, oh well... I'm really enjoying doing tags so if you know come that you would like for me to do then feel free to tell me.
Anyways, fall... not my favorite season because it marks the beginning of school, but is still an enjoyable season, everything is more orange, which is my favorite color, and yellow and red. Halloween in my street we don't that many kids anymore, we all grew up, so the spirit of giving candy is dying in here, but still, one or two small groups still appear.
I decided to do this tag because, like I said, I'm really enjoying doing these, so why not do a fall book tag? Let's see how it goes.

I don't know who invented this tag but I was feeling like doing it. Basically it has 26 "questions" corresponding to each letter of the alphabet. So let's start!
